YCO Pvt. Ltd., a sister concern of Yomari Group of companies is looking for self driven, motivated and result oriented professional to be part of its dynamic team as “Associate Manager-Finance”. Details of the same have been highlighted below; 

Essential Job Function:

  • Maintaining financial and accounting data up-to-date to support company's operations and other requirements.
  • Profit forecasting, budgeting and leading financial and strategic planning for the company across all business operations.
  • Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements.
  • Implementing procedures to improve on various financial and business processes. 
  • Administrating and filing of taxes i.e. VAT, Income Tax, Corporate Tax etc.
  • Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning.
  • Managing finance with smart solutions to overcome the risk that may arrive in due course.
  • Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure.
  • Ensuring that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively.
  • Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow.
  • Maintaining banking relationships and negotiating loans and other services for the business.
  • Working with executives and business heads to prepare budgets and track profit / loss performance.
  • Supervising the accounting staff and ensure that their tasks are completed within time and in compliance with standards.

Essential Job Specification:

  • Master’s Degree holder in management or equivalent (preferably ACCA degree holder).
  • Individuals with a proven 5+ years of track record of working as an accountant, finance associate or a similar position.
  • Detail oriented and organized; Strong planning and prioritization abilities.
  • Must maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects and be comfortable with flexible working schedule to meet the needs of the Company and its executives.
  • Smart, analytical and a problem solver.
  • Computer literacy including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with standard accounting software packages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Able to handle pressure with limited supervision.
  • Integrity, dependability, loyalty and ability to collaborate with a team.
