Responsibility Level : Junior Management

KEY RESPONSIBILITY FOR AM-SALES:

  • Lead generation & lead management
  • Meeting with architects/builders/contractors to generate new business
  • Visit to the on-going project sites and monitoring the progress of the same
  • Current data base management & time to time updating of the same
  • Creation of strong network with contractors/builders/architects and managing the same
  • Submission of reports regarding sales figure/progress/new leads generated/new order in pipe line to reporting manager
  • Maintain proper coordination with commercial and logistics department to ensure that order reaches to client location on time
  • Timely collection of payment from client
  • Maintaining continuous effort to address customer requirement and queries
  • Identifying and tracking of new clients
  • Submitting time to time market intelligence report on new product launch by competitor, their pricing and promotional activities carried
  • QUALIFICATION: MBA (Sales and Marketing)

KEY RESPONSIBILITY FOR BDE-SALES

  • Making cold calls to generate new business leads
  • Continuous following up with visited clients to get orders/ business
  • Making continuous research to gather information on market and competitors
  • Regular site visit to current projects going on around in the location to generate enquires
  • Coordination with ASM’s to ensure that the existing projects are going smoothly
  • Current database management and time to time updating of the same
  • Submission of reports regarding sales figure/progress/new leads generated/ new order in pipe line to reporting manager
  • Implementation of marketing and promotional activities in the market
  • Supporting channel partners for retails sales
  • Conveying the client feedback about products to management
  • Providing time to time market intelligence report on competitor to management
  • Qualification: MBA (Sales & Marketing)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF AREA SALES

  • Managing the sales & distribution network of the area assigned.
  • Creation and managing of relationship with different channel partners
  • Associated closely in communicating with major clients for negotiation and order finalization
  • Making efforts for redressed of customer complaints
  • Generation of new business development across the state.
  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree
