Application Support - Software Engineer

Qualification & Experience

• Written and verbal english communication skills
• Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skill.
• At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft .NET Frame (Web application and Desktop Application)
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate with teams and resolve all complex application issues.
• Perform root cause Analysis  and debug application issues.
• Develop, Test and Apply necessary code fixes and enhancements.
• Provide support and identify all issues and prepare appropriate documentation of all issues and solutions.
