Agent Manager

Thamserku Trekking is Nepal’s leading adventure travel group. We are recognized internationally and specialists in organizing tailor made programs, tours, trek, and logistics support, filming and expedition services for groups from across the globe.

Position: Agent Manager

Responsible to: Managing Director

GENERAL OBJECTIVES

• Facilitate the overall process of trek / expedition.
• Interact & engage with clients and our partners frequently.
• Plan and develop Trekking/products packages.
• Work closely with our Operation team lead by Operation manager, tour leaders and other internal departments.
• Taking care of all reservations of concerned partner.
• Ensure internal and external partner/stakeholder communication.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

• The candidates must have good command in written and spoken english
• Must be a team player
• Will have one assistant
• Should have general knowledge about Nepal's popular trekking destination, religon
• Should know how to delegate and take responsibilty.
• Timey respone, reporting to Managing Director, Ready to travel if required.
• Basic computer skills, supervisory skills, relation building and decision making skills are must for the position.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: Masters Degree with 10 years of experience in tourism sector.
