Cardno Emerging Markets USA, Ltd. (Cardno) is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for an anticipated five year donor-funded Program in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Cardno is an industry leader in providing Fiscal/Procurement Agent services for multiple international donors. We currently have Fiscal Agent/Procurement Agent projects in over 13 countries in Africa, Asia, and Eastern Europe.

The Administrative Assistant will provide secretarial support to the Team. The Assistant will carry out day-to-day administration activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the project office and maintain petty cash.

Minimum Qualifications

Citizenship –

Must have Nepali citizenship

Experience –

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in office and administration support activities
  • Basic knowledge of banking and cash management activities
  • Experience with donor-funded projects preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous basic accounting experience is an advantage

Education –

Bachelor’s degree

Computer Skills –

Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Language –

Good in English – reading, writing, and speaking
