Detailed Job Description / Requirements:

·         Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes for F1soft group of companies

·         Evaluate and Select vendors as required by the companies with attention to the quality and budgetary constraint

·         Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material and stationary

·         Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities

·         Coordinate with cleaning companies and oversee the work of cleaning staff

·         Coordinate with Canteen Vendor and oversee the work pertaining to canteen management.

·         Organize and supervise other office activities such as event planning and Tour

·         Coordinate with System/support and HR department for the requirement of Computers/Laptops and its accessories

·         Effectively manage and supervisor the work of operation staff and train them to work as per company’s standard

·         Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations


·         Proven experience as administration manager for at least 2 years

·         Proficient in MS Office

·         An analytical mind with problem-solving skills

·         Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

·         A team player with leadership skills

·         Excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English
