Job Brief

Are you a wiz with admin skills who is passionate and creative?  www.searchedu.global a new and exciting education & technology start-up business, has created this new role with the sole purpose of actively expanding its presence globally. 

Search Education facilitates end to end application process for international students and assists them to find right courses and education providers globally using our website application.

Admin staff is responsible for assisting Marketing executives to implement and measure the success of a comprehensive Admin, communications and public relations program that will enhance the Organization’s image and position within the marketplace and the general public

Work with International colleges, University and other global education providers, Make calls, set up appointments for senior Marketing executives so they can meet them face to face, do presentation about Search Education

Play a pivotal role in developing, growing and maintaining the brand identity of the business  and work towards reputation management

Assist with student inquiry who visit our office and be a face of our organisation

Any other admin tasks as necessary.

Requirements/Skills

  • Must have good management and Communications skills
  • High level knowledge and practical experience across all social media channels   
  • Strong organisation and work coordination skills
  • Previous experience in Marketing and public relation role
  • Competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Square Space
  • Knowledge and interest in education and technology would be highly regarded.
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
  • May require some travelling in future to other capital cities in Nepal to attend seminars, meeting with education providers
