Reconstruction & Research Development Center (RRDC) Mugu and local Non-Governmental Organization working in different community Development Approach since 2067 B.S. Currently it is working in Education, Agriculture and Health and Nutrition funded by Care Nepal (AWASAR) Program lunched in Mugu District. RRDC Mugu would like to announce the interested Nepali Citizens for the Vacant Post and interested candidates are requested to submit their CV & Application within seven (7) Days from the date of Notice Published.

Position title: Admin and Finance Officer-  1

Minimum skills/Knowledge and Qualification required:

  • Bachelor in Business studies(BBS) or Bachelor in Business Administration(BBA)
  • 1-2 years working experience in INGOs/NGOs sector
  • Have good command in Office Package.
  • Must be detail oriented, organized and able to meet tight deadline
  • Excellent English and Nepali writing.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth, efficient and accurate accounting function for smooth operation of program.
  • Maintain Project account.
  • Keep track of expenses and other financial transactions, mainly involving expenses entry, tracking and record keeping.
  • Review expenses and financial transactions to ensure it is compliances with organizational policy as well as donor compliance.
  • Prepare financial report and submit to donor on timely basis.
  • Support Project team in budget in budget preparation and timely budget revision.
  • Estimated monthly cash needs and prepare fund request and submit to donor for timely release of fund.
  • Identifies potential accounting and financial discrepancies and work with project coordinator/ board member to effectively track and resolve these issues.
  • Prepare budget vs expenses report and update program staff on budget status.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as organizing and maintaining office files and records, booking room for visitor as well as training, preparing agenda for meeting and taking meeting minutes. 
  • Ensure that organization policy as well as donor compliance is well known by project team.
  • Maintain inventory tracking system and do periodic review of inventory and submit inventory report to donor.
  • Perform other duties assigned by his/her supervisor.
