Detailed Job Description / Requirements:

We are looking for experienced PHP candidate with expertise in PHP Frameworks to lead a team. The candidates need to have strong programming language concepts with excellent communication skills and fluency in English language.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3+ years of experience
Versed in PHP & MySQL.
Excellent knowledge of OOP.
Experienced in Zend Framework.
Experienced in AJAX, Javascript, CSS.
Excellent learning and problem solving skill.
Excellent logical and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Directly interact with US based Client and understand requirements.
Analyze existing software frameworks and prepare reference architectures.
Manage client expectations and define scope, priorities and project timeline.
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members ad influence them to take positive action adn accountability for their assigned work.
Ensure functional requirements are implemented and code performs as expected.
Perform code review to ensure coding standards have been observed.
Manage client support from analysis, resolving/debugging to deployment.
Work independently with minimal supervision in onsite-offshore team environment.
Training and supporting development teams and operations.
Ensuring high degree of quality and consistency in all deliverable by providing and actively participating in appropriate levels of unit testing, documentation, design and code reviews.
Designing, developing, implementing and maintaining web-based applications that support business requirement and achieve hi levels of quality and end-user satisfaction.
